Exhibition Entry Form

Submission Instructions:

To complete your entry, please fill out the required fields marked with an asterisk *. Please include one photo for each work submitted. You’ll be required to upload at least one image in the form. Your online entry will be complete once you click on the “Submit” button below. You should see a pop-up confirmation on the page and receive an email confirming your entry.

If you are not currently a member of JRAC, please click here to pay the exhibit entry fee. Or consider the purchase of an annual membership, which means there is no charge to participate in JRAC exhibitions. Alternatively, payments can be sent to JRAC, PO Box 1178, East Jordan, MI 49727. Please make the check payable to JRAC and include a note with your name and title of exhibit for which you have registered. Thank you.

Artist Agreement:

JRAC’s mission is to support the arts in our community, and one way we do that is by providing exhibiting artists with a 70% commission on all sales; 30% goes to JRAC’s operating funds. If you would like to donate an additional percentage to JRAC, please indicate that on your inventory form when you deliver your artwork.

• Sales are calculated monthly and payments are made in a timely manner. Payments are made by check mailed to the artist.

• It is the artist responsibility to ensure all works delivered to JRAC for display or consignment are accurately documented with a completed inventory form. Submit one copy with work and retain a copy for your files.

• All work will be handled in a professional manner. All works are submitted at owners’ risk and /or are covered by the owner's insurance. JRAC's insurance is limited to fire and theft (shoplifting) for the cost of materials only.

• You also certify that you have full rights over the piece of work that you are putting on consignment with JRAC.

• Artwork left at the Gallery for more than one year, without any response from the artist, becomes the property of JRAC.

• Unless otherwise indicated with check-mark below, you are granting permission for JRAC to use your name and images/videos of your work for promotional purposes such as on the website, social media, newsletters, etc.

This agreement is valid in perpetuity, or until the artist revokes permission or a new agreement is signed.
