JRAC Members Holiday Art for Sale Exhibit

The Jordan River Arts Council Members Holiday Art for Sale opens on November 22.  What a wonderful shopping experience. There are not only affordable fine art works but also fun and practical gifts for giving. 

The works are displayed in a Christmas setting, complete with a fire place provided by Poineau Woodworkers, Inc., and a live spruce tree from Rocky Top Farms all decorated with hand made ornaments—ceramic, woven and quilted.   There are over a 1000 items including paintings and collages, jewelry made with beads, polymer clay, natural pieces, woven fabric, ceramics, quilts, scarves, table items, clothing, felt mittens, blankets, purses, funky dolls, wood toys, furniture, woven baskets, Christmas decorations and cards of all kinds, gift boxes and wrapping paper and even renewed recycled items.

Artists  participating are:  Kathie Albring, Laura Barber, Prudy Barber, Betty Beeby, D. A. Binns, Karen Brennan,—Deer Creek Junk, Nancy Carey, 3 Women and A Brush, Harry E. Colestock, Dick Cunningham, Lois Dawson, Alana Haley,  Julie Hurd, Karen Kimmel, Sharon Knutson, Bill  and Jan Luptowski, Sherry K. Marshall, David, June and Andrew Otis, Pat Poineau, Beth Raddatz, Allan Shepard, Marilyn Stockwelll, June Storm, Joan Duval Tebo, Pat Tinney, Jackie Trimble, Ron and Cynthia Tschudy,  Linda Van Ardel, Marcia Waara, Sylvia Walworth, Gera Witte, and Babs Young.

The exhibit will be open daily from 1-4 pm until December 18 at the Jordan River Art Center, 301 Main St. East Jordan.
